PLAYPILE is made by one person, and every message is read by that person.
There is no form and no ticket system. Write as you would to anyone, and use one of the subjects below if it fits, so the message lands in the right place.
A game is broken
Every game page has a Report a problem with this game link under the game, which fills in the subject for you. It helps to say which game, what you were doing when it went wrong, and which browser and device you were on (for example "Chrome on an Android phone"). A screenshot helps more than anything.
Your data and privacy
To have an account and its saved progress deleted, to ask what is held about you, or to ask anything about the privacy policy: email with the subject "Privacy request". Progress saved only in your browser can be seen and deleted by you, any time, on the privacy settings page.
Parents
Questions about what is in a game, or about a child's use of the site, are welcome. The page for parents answers the usual ones.

Something we have got wrong
If you think something on PLAYPILE belongs to you, is credited wrongly, or breaks a rule, say so and it will be looked at straight away. The credits page lists the software and fonts the games are built with.
