A 2048 snake made of crystal number cubes. Eat cubes, fuse equal numbers and bite smaller snakes to reach 128, 256, 512 and beyond.
A number-cube snake brawl in a faceted crystal arena, mixing 2048 with a snake game. Your snake is a chain of numbered gem cubes. Eat loose cubes worth no more than your head, and equal values fuse into the next power of two, 2048-style.

Ninety seconds, sixteen letters. Drag through touching tiles to spell words, and the long ones score huge.
A 4x4 grid of letter tiles and a 90-second clock. Press on a letter and drag through the ones touching it, diagonals included, then let go: green means a new word, yellow means you already found it, red means it is not a word. Every tile shows its points, from 1 for common letters up to 9 for J and Z, and the word's total is multiplied by its length, up to x4 for eight letters or more. Each board has two 2L tiles that double a letter and one 3W tile that triples the whole word. Words found within four seconds of each other build a combo of up to x2.

The 8x8 block puzzle scored like a poker hand: clears earn Chips, streaks build Mult, and charms break the rules.
Drag pieces onto an 8x8 board and fill rows and columns to clear them. Every clear scores Chips x Mult: 10 Chips per block cleared, and Mult grows with lines cleared at once and with your streak of clears in a row. Each round gives you a target and 20 placements. A run is 8 antes of a Small, a Big and a Boss round, and the bosses bend the rules: one stops columns clearing, one shrinks the board, one deals pieces one at a time.

A ticking bomb, a paper manual and three strikes to spare: snip, flip, read, don't panic.
A bomb sits on your desk under the lamp, with a manual open beside it. Pick a module and the booklet flips to its page: cut the right one of three to six wires, tap or hold the button and let go on the right digit, set five switches by their cap colours, press four symbol keys in column order, answer Simon with the mapped colour, steer through a maze whose walls you cannot see, or spin four letter wheels to the one word that fits. Almost every rule depends on the serial number, the batteries and the lights along the top.

Crack the safe, grab the gold and get out before the guard turns round.
Twenty-four rooms across a bank, a museum, a casino and a penthouse, each one a single screen seen from above. Hold WASD and the thief dashes tile to tile, more than twice as fast as a guard. Stand next to the safe until it clicks open three times, then run for the EXIT, which stays padlocked until you do. Guards, cameras and lasers run their loops whether you move or not, and each one throws a cone showing exactly what it can see.

Drop the fruit in, match two, get a bigger one. A thousand stages of it.
Real rolling physics in a glass jar. Two of the same touch and become the next one up - a thousand stages of it. Past the eleventh the sizes start again and the pieces wear rings and pips instead, so a small one can be worth thousands. The jar is narrow and the grace over the line is short.

Six rooms of pipe by hand, then it generates them for ever.
The cellar, the waterworks, the boiler, the roof, the foundry and the deep - each with its own room and one new idea: pipes bolted down that cannot be turned, and crossovers that carry water both ways at once. After those six it generates rooms for ever, growing a row or a column every third stage and then tightening the clock.
